Smiles By Stiles Membership Plan
Dental treatment can get expensive, especially with no insurance! Dr. Michael Stiles has created a discount plan to help patients make treatment more affordable. This is not an insurance plan, this is a discount plan where you pay the yearly membership fee of $379 per person.
what's included per year
- Two standard cleanings
- Two exams
- One set of bitewing X-rays or a full mouth X-ray* (whichever best fits your needs)
- 20% off any dental procedure
There are no maximums, no deductibles, no insurance companies to deal with, and no denials for treatment. Please note, this plan is only good in our office, if we have to refer you to a specialist for any treatment they will not honor our plan. The $379 membership fee must be paid in full when you sign up for the plan, if further treatment is recommended we will go over all fees and costs prior to service.
*Full mouth X-rays will be covered once every 5 years. After that, if any treatment is diagnosed you will receive a discounted fee for services.
Our practice accepts most major credit cards and participates in many PPO insurance plans, including: Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, Metlife, Principle, Sun Life, and more.
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We'll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
